My first order contained a bottle that appeared to have been opened/ damaged and within 12hrs a brilliant customer care associate had arranged a replacement to be sent to me via express delivery with genuine assurance that this was being thoroughly investigated and not to their usual standard.Better still, the new serum is already working!! I had anticipated waiting months to see results but it is has happened within weeks.Impressively, FaceTheory believe in their products so much that they can be returned within 365 days if they don't work- unnecessary, because so far, they're perfect!
their products are very good, but their finance department is a mess. I placed an order on January 5th and requested a refund. Not only did they not refund me, they created a second charge for the same amount I should have been refunded. On the same day, they canceled the charge, but guess what?? they considered this charge cancellation as my refund! I sent them ( as per their request) lots of screenshots of my credit card statement and they said they saw them but they couldn't find the second charge (the one they canceled) in their system and told me to contact paypal. in short they said I was in charge of sorting out the mess they made. this is confusing and dishonest to say the least. facetheory simply stole 44.72 euros from me.
Very good customerservice, great stuff for a reasonable price, considered the plastic-free packaging and cruelty-free products.What I dislike is the time the shipping from the UK takes. You get the idea that you are ordering from a European mainland storehouse, but in fact it's all shipped from behind the brexit barrier,, so shipping to NL takes around 10 days.
I went on this website with this intention of purchasing a good quality lip balm. Several purchases later, I’m a convert. The website is easy to use, pictures of products are clear and descriptions are informative. Delivery was quick and items arrived well packaged and undamaged. Quality of the products are amazing. Very m, very pleased
I can't say a bad word about this company. I ordered some products and find out after a month, that its not helping me and its not basically for me. So I tried to ask about refund as they promised, and without any issues I got my refund. Like these products what I have, how they smell, the consistency, packing in glass not plastic, all brilliant 🙂👍.
