I ordered a product that the website indicated was in stock after payment on December 12th. A week later, my order still hadn't shipped. When I inquired, customer support informed me it would be shipped at the end of the month, despite a price change—I had purchased it at a higher price due to urgency. After attempting to cancel, it was finally shipped on the 22nd, but it still hasn't arrived. This has really impacted my New Year's plans, as the delivery was supposed to take about 15 days, but now 16 have passed, and I have no idea where my order is. I just hope the quality meets expectations.
