Ordered item. Delivery got lost on route. Then I started to look at the reviews and thought I'd never see item. Sent a mail and had 'wait the 3-5 days'The next day I had a reply with the information my order was on the way and I had been refunded the express postage charge. Item arrived the next day. Really can't fault this order. A lot of the issues seem to be courier related. The correct address was on label so I don't know how it got lost initially.
