I've been waiting for my case to ship for three business days now and there's been no update. I paid extra for express shipping, and the confirmation stated it should have shipped the same day since I ordered before noon. Clearly, they don’t prioritize my order at all... When I check my order status online, it says my order doesn’t 'yet exist,' meaning they’ve done nothing besides take my money.
