I've been waiting for my case to ship for three business days now, and I still have no update. I paid extra for express shipping, and the confirmation email stated it should have been dispatched the same day since I ordered before noon. Unfortunately, it seems they don't prioritize my order, as no action has been taken at all. When I check my order status online, it indicates that my order doesn't 'yet exist,' suggesting they haven’t done anything besides take my money.

I ordered two cases on 20/11/25 before 6 PM and paid extra for Next Day Delivery. I attempted to buy screen protectors but they were out of stock. Nothing arrived on the 21st or 22nd, leading me to send a complaint email that went unanswered. I had to buy a cheap case and screen protector to use my phone. Eventually, I got a reply from the support team offering credit for my next purchase, but only after I made a fuss. The cases finally arrived on 24/11/25. Frustrated by the experience, I bought the protectors from another platform, and they arrived in less than 24 hours. While the website is impressive, their delivery service is lacking. They need to invest more in customer service.
I ordered a backpack for €269. The website clearly stated that EU customers wouldn’t incur extra customs fees and that total costs included all applicable taxes. However, I was hit with a €115 import tax, making the total €384! Avoid this store; you'll end up paying way too much.
Last year, I purchased a phone case with a Camera Control cutout. Unfortunately, my phone fell and the area around the cutout was exposed. Thankfully, the screen protector saved my screen. I reported this design flaw, and the company offered me a full refund, which I declined in favor of waiting for a better design. Once the new case was available, I contacted them again and requested the new case instead of a refund. They agreed, and I received the new case in just a few days. It fits perfectly and provides excellent protection. I appreciate their responsiveness and the quality of the new product.
