I utilized the parking services at a certain garage, booked through a platform, and I cannot recommend this service. Firstly, some staff members struggled with English, complicating communication. Secondly, upon our arrival for car drop-off, I followed the instructions and called them, but it was evident that the staff was not prepared for us. They mentioned a transfer bus would arrive in 10 minutes, but no one showed up. After waiting 15 minutes, we called again, and the person on the line only spoke Polish. We waited another 5 minutes, then decided to leave the garage and take a taxi, which was hassle-free upon our return. Thirdly, I reached out via email to confirm everything was fine but received no response until I resent the same message translated into Polish, which they apparently could not manage themselves. Finally, upon our return, the driver did not enter the garage and dropped us off outside, forcing us to carry our suitcases through the snow and pedestrian stairways to reach the garage. I still don't understand why the driver didn't enter the garage.
