The company collected the car and returned it to the airport so it was really easy and stress free. Good communication before the drop off and clear instructions. They only seem to speak Spanish but that might be our experience as we speak Spanish - not an issue.
Very cheap price with a discount offered on future use. Very happy xill definitely use them next time.
The staff were very friendly. I would award five stars for that. However, I phoned and said that I would be a little earlier because the traffic had been light. Unfortunately, they could accommodate me. I had to wait for 20 minutes at a motorway service stations. That wouldn't have been too bad, but on the way back I waited for 40 Minutes for my car to be delivered and that was inacceptable!
Booking was very easy. All the staff were very polite and understanding. It's a trustworthy establishment. There was no waiting either on the way to the airport or from the airport to the parking area.

Overall great place to park your car during your holiday.
They speak french and a little bit english. Not perfect communication but just fine enough. There is a fence around the place. Only thing are the concrete kerbs between the parking spots and they are hard to see for the driver. The drive is like 5 minutes to the airport and they come to you fast if you call them for picking you up.
In Januari 2026 I parked here 3 times. Great! Just mind the kerbs.
Could not find the parking spot. No signs, no people, nothing. Had to go straight to airport and pay more than €100 for the normal parking for the 3 days on top of the Parkos cost. NEVER AGAIN. TOTAL GARBAGE.
An excellent valet experience. The representative arrived promptly at departure to collect my vehicle and returned it just 10 minutes after I called upon landing. The booking was straightforward, and it only took me three minutes to walk to the airport terminal. I accidentally took a ticket when I entered, but I received prompt help when I left, allowing me to disregard the ticket and use my reservation instead.
I reserved a spot in Stuttgart and found the parking instructions to be unclear. I could have parked in a well-lit garage that lacked signage instead of the darker one across the street, which had the logo. As a woman, waiting alone in a dimly lit garage was a bit unsettling. Initially, I thought I wouldn't use the service again. However, the driver on my return trip showed me where to find the light switch in the smaller garage and advised me to use the well-lit garage next time.
My vehicle sustained damage while parked at the side door. Initially, the staff were friendly during pickup and return, but afterwards, I received no response. I called and sent pictures via messaging, yet they seem to evade any responsibility.
I utilized the parking services at a certain garage, booked through a platform, and I cannot recommend this service. Firstly, some staff members struggled with English, complicating communication. Secondly, upon our arrival for car drop-off, I followed the instructions and called them, but it was evident that the staff was not prepared for us. They mentioned a transfer bus would arrive in 10 minutes, but no one showed up. After waiting 15 minutes, we called again, and the person on the line only spoke Polish. We waited another 5 minutes, then decided to leave the garage and take a taxi, which was hassle-free upon our return. Thirdly, I reached out via email to confirm everything was fine but received no response until I resent the same message translated into Polish, which they apparently could not manage themselves. Finally, upon our return, the driver did not enter the garage and dropped us off outside, forcing us to carry our suitcases through the snow and pedestrian stairways to reach the garage. I still don't understand why the driver didn't enter the garage.
