The staff were very friendly. I would award five stars for that. However, I phoned and said that I would be a little earlier because the traffic had been light. Unfortunately, they could accommodate me. I had to wait for 20 minutes at a motorway service stations. That wouldn't have been too bad, but on the way back I waited for 40 Minutes for my car to be delivered and that was inacceptable!
