I received the canvas on time, but the product was not as I ordered. I submitted a complaint through the official form along with some photos. After six days, I received a response asking for photo proof, which I had already sent. I submitted the photos again (the edge design was incorrect—I ordered stretched but received a grey color) and waited. After another five days, I got another request for photo proof. I sent my clear photos for the third time, and now, after another five days, I still haven't received a response. This canvas was meant as a St. Nicholas gift, which has now passed. I’m unsure of the company’s location, but it seems they only check their emails once a week and may not fully understand them, even though I tried to address my concerns before writing this review. Very disappointed.
