I received the canvas on time, but it was not made as requested. I filed a complaint using the official form and included several photos. After six days, I got a response requesting photo proof, which I had already provided. I sent the photos again (the edge design was incorrect—I ordered stretched but received a grey color). I waited again, and after another five days, I received another request for photo proof. I submitted my clear photos for the third time, and now, after another five days, I still have not heard back. This canvas was intended as a St. Nicholas gift, which has now passed. I’m unsure of the company's location, but it seems they check their emails infrequently and may not fully understand them, even though I tried to express my concerns before submitting this review. Very disappointed.

I requested this order to be shipped to a different country and was willing to cover any extra costs. I received a reply, but UPS had the order, and they said you locked it, preventing it from being sent to an alternative address. Very unprofessional service. You are based in one country with a customer service line in another, and I was told everything was sorted.
