I had an issue with an item; purchased the wrong item from a vendor, raised a ticket to ask for the item to be swapped - a benign request that would take a GM a few minutes and would have been no issue for Blizzard of old.First, they took days to reply. Then they respond and call me the wrong name, then describe someone else's issue, followed by simply copy & paste response that effectively said 'we won't help'.After querying the policy, they threated to ban me.Clearly they've distilled their customer service to a point where they spend the least amount of time possible, to respond to any queries; all in the pursuit of cost saving at players expense.Find better games from companies who value you as a player/customer; Blizzard do not deserve your custom.
