I just got this email after playing Diablo 4 for around 7 hours. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't cheat. I never played online with other players????? All I did was play the game and I got blocked???? I don't know if someone hacked my account. I'm really angry and I feel violated. I can't talk to anyone from Blizzard. Sony won't refund the game. I have no idea why this happened. My advice is never, ever by a Blizzard game ever. These guys are absolutely dodgy....
