I’m surprised by the low ratings as I had a great experience with customer support. I bought two curtains about ten months ago, and when one malfunctioned, they suggested troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, nothing worked, but they promptly sent a replacement once they had the necessary information. My interactions with them were straightforward, and I have no complaints about my experience!
