After multiple follow-ups over several weeks, they finally responded with: "It passed our quality control." That’s it.First, they sent me a PDF instructing me to dismantle the joystick myself — which is absurd. Why should a brand-new customer be expected to take apart a brand-new product just to prove it’s defective?Weeks later, they asked for a photo of the QC sticker. Then even more weeks passed before they simply said, “It passed when we sent it.” That’s not a solution.All I asked for was a return and refund or a replacement — basic customer service. Instead, I got delays, excuses, and no accountability. This is not how a reputable company treats paying customers.To the flight sim community: please trust me and stay away from this company. I’ve been flight simming for over 25 years and have never had such a terrible experience. Their positive reviews are likely inflated by paid promotions from big YouTubers. Don’t fall for the hype — spend your money elsewhere.
