If you need customer assistance, either by phone or email, this company is unreliable, unorganized and not worth the hassle. I had questions about products plus I had to make a return. When I reached out, a person wasn’t available to talk on the phone (only robots) and via email the same questions were asked over and over again pertaining to the order by a Eufy employee (or maybe it was a robot). If you need real help via getting information from an employee, this is not the company to buy from. Plus all shipping return fees are the customer’s expense and I still haven’t seen a credit for the returned item in my account.
