Ordered in AUGUST, never got my item. I was back and forth with customer support for a couple of months, but it never resolved anything. Disputed the charge with my bank, and they had the audacity to email me and ask me to reverse it. I requested a refund in December, so no, I will not be reversing.
I don’t ever, EVER write negative reviews online, but man, you guys dropped the ball.
