I've been ordering off of eunjae store for several years and (having used other sites such as Kpopmart and YesAsia) can say I wholeheartedly prefer eunjae store. I recently ordered 4 albums (including Red Velvet Bad Boy repackage) which was released on January 30th and received the albums today (February 8th). The delivery time was for 714 days after being sent to the post office, so about 5 days total for shipping. The albums come wrapped in their plastic, covered in bubble wrap, and the empty space inside is filled with packing foam. I heard someone complain about the packaging and I have never had a problem. I have also dealt with customer service previously when I was sent a face mask instead of a serum. A simple email to the customer support and a picture of the item I received by mistake, and they said they would send my actual item out. I received the item with no problems within a few weeks of reporting the issue.

I placed my order three months ago. I was explicitly told it would ship in November, but it is now December and I still have no tracking number. Customer service (Seo Minji) continues to give vague apologies without providing a firm shipping date. Extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and reliability. Avoid this store if you actually want to receive your purchase on time.

Ordered in AUGUST, never got my item. I was back and forth with customer support for a couple of months, but it never resolved anything. Disputed the charge with my bank, and they had the audacity to email me and ask me to reverse it. I requested a refund in December, so no, I will not be reversing.

I don’t ever, EVER write negative reviews online, but man, you guys dropped the ball.

Item still not received after two months, no refund or replacement offered

It's been two months since I placed my order, and I still haven't received the item. The company refuses to send a replacement or issue a refund. Their customer service keeps responding, but it feels insincere. I've lost my money...

Disappointing Experience with My Order

I placed my order in August but never received my items. Every effort to get in touch regarding my order or a refund resulted in vague responses about prioritizing my case. I ultimately had to involve my bank to retrieve my funds. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store!

Terrible service

This company is awful! Constant delays and a slew of excuses, from shipping within a week to not shipping even after two months, along with excuses for not issuing a refund. When I expressed my frustration, they threatened to involve legal action against me. I sincerely hope the person in charge never experiences a scam themselves; this company is truly disgraceful.

Order never shipped, no refund

My order was supposed to arrive on the 9th, but that date passed. I emailed them for an update, and they claimed it was being processed. The arrival date was pushed to the 15th, which also came and went without shipment. I requested a refund since my item never arrived, but they said they couldn't refund after 24 hours, insisting it was being processed. Ten days later, it still hasn’t shipped. They told me I could return it for a refund once it arrived, but since it hasn't shipped, I can't return it. This company is a complete scam; do not order from here if you want to avoid losing your money.

Doubt about legitimacy
