I ordered and paid on November 7, 2025, for four wheeled dollies. After a notification from the shipping service on November 13 stating that the package was on its way, there has been no further progress. I contacted the support team and received multiple apologies and false assurances about my order's status. All of this turned out to be untrue. I have now filed a claim through my payment platform. I strongly recommend avoiding this company!
