I ordered and paid on November 7, 2025, for four wheeled dollies. After receiving a notification from the shipping service on November 13 that my package was on its way, there has been no further progress. I contacted the support team and got numerous apologies along with misleading claims about my order. All of this was untrue. I have now initiated a claim through my payment platform. I strongly advise against using this service!

I strongly recommend avoiding this company!
The service is completely unprofessional. They created numerous problems in my home for the disabled and are now claiming there’s no guarantee on a donated item. One representative was particularly unhelpful and does not deserve to be in this role. According to our laws, the product warranty is two years, yet they are being dishonest.
They claim to include VAT in the payment, but it’s misleading. You still need to pay additional fees and VAT when collecting the parcel, and they declare a higher value on the parcel than what I actually paid. For example, I paid €46, but the package was labeled €84. It seems their business model is to falsely include VAT to profit from those who don’t seek refunds. If you want to avoid complications, don’t shop here; however, if you have time to deal with this, proceed with caution.
