I ordered my Eurail Pass and received the link to add it to my app and activate it. Problem is when I tried to activate the pass, I entered the information and the app told me to input the activation code that they emailed me. I never received the email. I requested it multiple times and received nothing. I emailed their customer service and received a response saying they would respond within 24 hours. I'm lucky that I wasn't in Europe and ready to use the pass. 24 hour response for help with a pass that isn't working is unacceptable. I'm cancelling the pass and will go with another rail service.
