I ordered a cordless vacuum on Nov. 30th, and the transaction was immediately reflected in my bank account. I received several emails confirming my order, but after calling customer service twice, I was told it hadn't shipped yet. Now, going into day 6, my inquiry is being escalated, but I doubt I'll hear back. I made this purchase during a major sale and now I may miss out on other deals. If I don't receive a response, I will never recommend this brand again. This has been a deeply frustrating experience.
