Terrible Order Experience

I ordered a cordless vacuum on Nov. 30th, and the transaction was immediately reflected in my bank account. I received several emails confirming my order, but after calling customer service twice, I was told it hadn't shipped yet. Now, going into day 6, my inquiry is being escalated, but I doubt I'll hear back. I made this purchase during a major sale and now I may miss out on other deals. If I don't receive a response, I will never recommend this brand again. This has been a deeply frustrating experience.

Design Fault and Poor Customer Service

The vacuum I purchased broke due to a design issue, and I've spent weeks trying to get a refund. I've followed their requests, sending pictures and videos, yet I keep receiving emails from different representatives asking for an invoice, which I've sent multiple times. They are only offering me a partial refund and seem hesitant to process it. The whole experience has been very disappointing.

Order Delays and Poor Communication

I ordered a vacuum on 11/10 and have yet to receive it. I've called customer service multiple times and emailed about the situation. I expected them to know when my item would ship, but they keep saying my issue is being escalated. I’ve been left in the dark despite multiple follow-ups. They informed me that the shipping company lost my package, but I was told it was never received. Instead of resending the item, my order was canceled. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Avoid This Company

I strongly suggest avoiding this company. They do not provide adequate support, and after numerous attempts to resolve my issues, I had to get my bank to reverse the transaction. I'm looking for a different brand that offers better products.

Dissatisfaction with Vacuum Purchase

I bought a vacuum a few months ago when relocating, but when I finally used it, the dustpan wouldn’t stick. The company promised to send replacement parts, but they claimed it was delivered to an address with a black carpet—which I don’t have. Now, they say an investigation is needed before I can get a replacement. I've spent over $100 on a vacuum that doesn't work as it should, and the representative's indifferent attitude was frustrating. I will not purchase from this company again.
