I ordered a vacuum on 11/10 and have yet to receive it. I've called customer service multiple times and emailed about the situation. I expected them to know when my item would ship, but they keep saying my issue is being escalated. I’ve been left in the dark despite multiple follow-ups. They informed me that the shipping company lost my package, but I was told it was never received. Instead of resending the item, my order was canceled. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
