I placed an order weeks ago, paid in full, and still have not received my items. There has been no communication regarding the delay. I've contacted customer service several times, but they have completely ignored my inquiries. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I expect at least a response or a refund if my items can't be shipped. I strongly advise against ordering from this company until they improve their operations and support.
