What a nightmare! Placed a large order and they flagged it as fraudulent because apparently my IP address came from a town nearby, vs my mailing address. Like I had any control over it. Then, dealing with their customer service. What a joke - they couldn't get inventory availability for almost a week. After wasting who knows how many hours trying to jump through hoops to get the info verified, being told it's been released for shipping... they said they couldn't verify my payment. Meanwhile, money was taken out of my account. Imagine this: fraudulent 12 piece order, being shipped to residence? What kind of dumb criminal would do that? Literally: take my money. EE: durrrr...Now I'm waiting for my refund, which I'm sure will take ages. But looks like I dodged a bullet here - I cannot imagine how terrible their "customer service" would have been if I had an actual product issues.
