Extremely disappointed. The table arrived with clear manufacturing defects and could not be assembled due to incorrect dimensions. Instead of taking full responsibility, the seller initially tried to charge restocking and return shipping fees for their own defective product. Poor quality control and very frustrating customer service experience. Would not recommend.
Hello everyone, my name is Carlos. About a year ago, I purchased an ergonomic gaming chair, and after some time, I encountered an issue with the shock absorber piston. I reached out to the support team, and they provided outstanding assistance. They requested details about the situation for their analysis, and within two days, the replacement part arrived at my home. I was truly impressed by the promptness of the delivery. I recommend this product and others from the company, as issues can arise, but their after-sales service is exceptional. If I could rate them, I would give a 1000. What a nightmare! Placed a large order and they flagged it as fraudulent because apparently my IP address came from a town nearby, vs my mailing address. Like I had any control over it. Then, dealing with their customer service. What a joke - they couldn't get inventory availability for almost a week. After wasting who knows how many hours trying to jump through hoops to get the info verified, being told it's been released for shipping... they said they couldn't verify my payment. Meanwhile, money was taken out of my account. Imagine this: fraudulent 12 piece order, being shipped to residence? What kind of dumb criminal would do that? Literally: take my money. EE: durrrr...Now I'm waiting for my refund, which I'm sure will take ages. But looks like I dodged a bullet here - I cannot imagine how terrible their "customer service" would have been if I had an actual product issues.
Thank you for creating such lovely furniture. I purchased two Elle Boucle Dining Chairs in walnut for my front entry, which is not large. The chairs are perfectly sized, sturdy, while softening the otherwise hard lines of the area. Also, one piece for one of the chairs came damaged, and was missing a bit of the hardware. Armand was kind, swift, and excellent in sending out the parts that day. Thank you for creating quality furniture, and for your excellent customer service.
What a great experience. Top quality materials and construction. Exceptional level of comfort. Totally pleased with the product. When the cylinder on the chair began to wear out the costomer service department was quick to provide me with a replacement at no charge. Very informative, attentive and friendly. Would recomend to my own family.
I purchased one of their Aero Pro desks back in 2021 and upon moving and setting it up again, my monitors (49 inch curved with a 30 pound arm + a 32 inch monitor) cracked the right table top piece. It lasted years and I got my money's worth out of it but in a last ditch effort to keep myself from getting rid of the desk, I reached out to the company through Amazon (where I bought it originally) and after some back and forth (links were getting removed due to Amazon's chat policies) I was able to get a replacement top right panel and install it. The part and shipping together was 115 dollars but compared to buying a new standing desk it was well worth it!
I had a problem with my ergo desk - two different parts sent - one from one model and another from a different model. The desk went together just fine but some pieces, like the mouse pad, had holes in it for the former model's accessories. The company made listened and made it right immediately. Love my new desk so much!
