I purchased a steam vacuum cleaner some 3 to4 years backThis product stopped functioning even before the expiry of the warranty periodSo the repaired it .Again next year there was sane issue abs year after year sane issue with same spares evertime after the warranty I had shed out the money to get it repaired .There was no one time solution to this issue.I was surprised to know the they do not have proper technicians in Ahmedabad to resolve this issueI went to level of thiet Zonal manger still nothing happened and finally they stand by saying it is out of warranty you need shed more money to get it repaired. Their R&D ,department is sleeping .They cannot find the real reason for the machine going off oftenVery pained and exhausted with these people I am fighting with these people from many years now .
