Had purchased a filter last year. . Not even a year of completion n there is pblm with the filter. Upon asking to replace the part, the Co. Is not taking any incharge n asking us to pay for it. . Pathetic service by Eureka forbes. While purchasing they claim a 2 year warranty but never get the repair fine. Instead ask us to pay for it. Really horrible service . . I request everyone not to purchase ftom Eureka forbes
Since purchasing the Robo, (Auto-bin) it has practically not functioned at all. I have contacted the EF support team more than three to four times over the past year regarding multiple issues.
The problems include:
• The Robo not connecting to the dust bin
• The Robo getting stranded in the same place and not moving forward
• Frequent breakdowns despite repeated troubleshooting
This has been extremely frustrating, especially considering the significant amount paid for the product. Over the past year, the Robo has failed to perform its intended function, making it completely unreliable.
Earlier, when I raised these concerns, the support team repeatedly tried to convince me instead of providing a permanent solution. Now, the Robo has completely stopped working.Given the repeated failures and the time already spent on support interactions, I need a complete replacement of the product with immediate effect.And this matter to be treated as urgent and resolved at the earliest.
Very bad service.. no proper response from the company.. no service at all they are just fooling the customer by giving a very bad product.. I would never recommend this brand product to anyone
I bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier from the Pittappilli agency in Thodupuzha and when it became compliant, I contacted the Eureka Forbes company customer care and they said that they would provide the service if I took an AMC of Rs. 4749. Based on that, I paid the money into their account, but there has been no response from them and they are saying that the money paid will not be refund .it’s a fraud company no one buy anything from them If you buy enithing you will be trapped and will never get service.my customer id 6003370055
Extremely Poor Service from Aquaguard
I placed an order for the Aquaguard Glory water purifier on 8th February, and I was promised delivery by 12th February. However, the product has still not been delivered.
Every day I am being told that it will arrive “today,” but nothing actually happens. This repeated false assurance is very frustrating and unprofessional.
There has been no proper communication, no clear explanation for the delay, and no accountability from the company. I expected much better service from a reputed brand like Aquaguard, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this company based on the poor service I have received.
Paid in full, served in zero. Avoid Aquaguard AMC.

Despite multiple follow-ups, they have shown zero empathy or urgency toward a customer who has already paid. It seems once they have your money, their 'service' ends. They don't listen to the customer's point of view; they just read from a script. I am officially closing my relationship with this brand. If you value your time and clean water, look elsewhere.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was informed that the product demo would be free of cost, but after the demo, a payment of Rs 350 was demanded as demo charges without prior clear disclosure. Customer support failed to provide a transparent explanation and only gave generic responses. The lack of coordination between the sales team and customer care is concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and clarify all charges in writing before proceeding.
have bought Eureka water filter based on goodwill of the company and get the assurance that mu health will not sacrifice. Filter i bought in july25 and when one service person came to my home for regular service told us there is no tds controller part in filter.sending emails and talking multiple calls from customer care outcome was no proper solution given. Part was only for 500 rupees but my main concern was health. Im extremely disappointed how the whole issue was taken care. I will not buy any product in future qnd will not recommend to anyone in future

“Very worst service from Eureka Forbes.
My Aquaguard water purifier was working perfectly and TDS was only 17 before service. I clearly told the service agent to do only general service and not to change any filters. After service, water taste changed badly and TDS suddenly increased to 376, which is almost raw water.
This clearly shows the RO system was either disabled or tampered intentionally. When I called the service agent, he spoke very rudely and did not give any proper explanation.
This is cheating customers and forcing them for unnecessary filter replacement. Very disappointed with such unprofessional and unethical service.
I request Eureka Forbes to take strict action against such technicians and fix my purifier immediately.”
