I don’t mind the food my dog eats it like any other. But unfortunately it’s a Rottweiler X Great Dane and at $300+ for about 5kgs!!! It’s TOTALLY unaffordable for me! I can get similar for food 14-20kgs for upto $200 (which is still very expensive! But he’s worth it! He’s an assistance dog.
I’ve been a loyal Eureka Pet Co customer for a couple of years and normally very happy with the food and service.However, I urgently need to amend a scheduled order and can’t log in — the site is supposed to send a code to my email, but it never arrives (not in junk/spam). I’ve tried for several days on different devices and browsers.I emailed several days ago but haven’t had any reply. This is frustrating because I need to stop or change my order before it’s shipped.Please could someone from Eureka contact me urgently to resolve this?
We have a food subscription with Eureka and use their food as treats and training. I have a very fussy Standard Poodle and my daughter has a Standard poodle puppy. They LOVE Eureka and that on its own says a lot because my fussy boy doesn't do dry food. Like at all. I feel I must warn everyone about Eureka and their sneaky practices. With a food subscription they have a Free Treats for Life offer where they include free treats with your order... sounds great right? WRONG! My dogs love the treats so much that I now have to order more (maybe even them all) and the price is going to add up. Sneaky sneaky EUREKA. Not cool to promote addiction and need in our puppers. Seriously though. Great food, great ingredients, Australian company, great ethics as a business. What's not to love about Eureka....besides the hit to my poor bank account?
At first my dog thought it was a treat and I thought fantastic! She’s a fussy eater. But the novelty wore off. She still eats it but I have to put wet food with it. The same with all kibble so no reflection. My only gripe is it’s so expensive - does it need to be? and also no phone to contact the company. Why? I’ll continue to buy it for now but $300 for 5.4 kilos is financially out of many peoples reach.
Australia’s fussiest dog! Yes I own one of them. One expects full waiter service and one will chew the sole off an old boot and count that as a meal. Both eat this food without hesitation & the transition was extremely easy to make. No unwanted explosions or running for cover here. Customer for life
Have had nothing but a stuff around with courier company they use couriers please who have one of the worst reputations around.2 days in a row package could not be delivered then waited all day at home for arrival only to receive a message saying attempted delivery which is a total lie. You can not contact Eureka by phone so be very wary of doing business with them as they can't be that honest if no person to person contact available unfortunately another Facebook scam but yet they can inundate your inbox with there promotion material everyday.
