They delivery service was excellent very fast, and the products were well packaged. I ordered a bag of the chicken had a mix pack of treats. It was nice to get the free gut health and spoon and a treat for my dog who is a German Shepherd. Well I do like the product, the air dried food, and so did my boy, but it is still very expensive. I would order it again if the price was made more affordable.
I bought the sample packs and my fussy little poodleX loved them. Ordered a bag of the chicken which arrived today and she's a very happy little camper. She actually likes it a little bit too much. See, when she eats her dinner, she eats out of a bowl in the kitchen. When she gets a treat, she carries it into the dining room and eats it under the table. She decided that Eureka isn't dinner, it's a tasty treat. And she picked up and carried each piece to the dining room and lined them up on the carpet before eating them.
I tried the sampler pack for our 7 year old Toy Cavoodle Molly, who has always been a fussy eater with gut health issues. We've tried so many different things, but our little diva LOVES her Eureka. She barks for more! I was stressed about running out, and quickly placed another order which arrived fast. Honestly, it's changed the game and such a relief to know she's getting a balanced meal and good nutrition. Such a great product. Thank you!
I like your products, but you are a bit stingy :) I understand most of your items include free shipping above a certain price, but it feels unfriendly for new users. When using a voucher, the total goes below the free shipping threshold, so I had to pay an extra $10, which basically negates the voucher — pretty tight! I also considered buying extra treats to reach free shipping, but the treats are even more expensive, nearly $20 for a small pack.Also, the new user gift, the croissant, isn’t suitable for small dogs. Could you consider giving something else for small dogs, even a tiny pack of treats would be nice? Your products are great, but can you be a little more generous?
Bought the sample pack and dogs are big fans! The food is exceptional - no doubt about it! Cattle dog x, Dashie x and Mini Poodle x all loved it from the first sniff (and loved that something came in the mail for them 🤣🫶)Price is the most difficult factor though. Love the ethos the pride you take in your hard work and the undeniable quality of the product - we just simply can't afford it. It will be a treat purchase for sure but we look forward to the plans ypu have for a more economical option!
So glad a couple years ago I made the change to Eureka Pet Food. It's high quality & healthy. No rubbish additives or preservatives. Aust made & owned. My 2.5 year old cavoodle loves it. His coat is super shiny and his teeth still white. He has over time tried other brands but never ever liked them. We dog sit occasionally and that puppy loves Eureka over his own food. So highly recommend. Easy to take anywhere as no refrigeration required.
