Visited a local establishment and faced issues with the booking process! No registration number was taken at the entrance when we reserved a table. Unprofessional staff practices! Our appeal against the fine was rejected! After a 40-minute wait, we decided to leave, even though our reservation was in the system. We spent 15 minutes there, as the queue to enter was long! There is only this establishment around, so it’s likely that others who stop to ask about a table, use the restroom, or have a drink without keeping receipts are also being fined. This feels like a scam with misleading signs! £100 fine? I’ll see you in court.
