Ordered online on Wednesday as the site stated next day delivery if ordered with 1 hr 47 minutes. I ordered straight away as I needed the battery ASAP as we were SUPPOSED to be going away for Easter. I got an email stating that it would, in fact, be 3-5 working days for delivery!!! I contacted the customer services via email and explained that this was no good and asked for a refund and cancellation of the order as we couldn't afford to buy another £100+ battery prior to our Easter break without getting our money back. I heard absolutely nothing from them, even though a reply within 10 hours was promised, and we are still waiting for the battery but unfortunately our 'break' has been and gone without us leaving the house. Thanks a lot Euro parts...
