When placing the order, the website stated collection after 2 pm.
The order confirmation email stated that the order would be ready for collection the same day after 3pm.
I attended at 15.45 and my order had not arrived. I was told to come back after 10.30 the following day meaning another 30-45 minute journey.
I contacted customer service using the number supplied on the email. To be told that all they could do was apologise and that was it. A complete waste of time.
