When my deckchair went AWOL for a day or two I thought I'd check out the company on Trustpilot. ( Yep, should have done that before I did an order) My heart sank when I saw all the terrible reviews. I sent them an email not expecting a reply, but it came the following day. They were sorry about the hold up and my parcel was now on the way. And it arrived this afternoon and I'm so pleased. It's great! Phew!
