Stay away from this seller. I noticed the negative reviews but thought I would give them a chance to improve. Big mistake. Even if it's slightly cheaper, it's better to pay a bit more elsewhere; they clearly have no respect for their customers. I ordered a dual monitor stand, which arrived late, and when it did, it was dirty and scratched—clearly a used item. The previous user didn’t even bother to pack it properly; screws were loose, and parts were sticking out, making it impossible to close the box correctly. It’s astonishing that someone would have the nerve to sell a damaged product as new and still sleep well at night.
had a Blaupunkt BPAIO and tuner went faulty. Bought a faulty one from ebay, swapped tuner, then something else went faulty. Decided to get next version, Eurotronics website popped up right on the top with the right product, right price, brand new AND quite cheap. Mailing within UK about 1 week but it's ok for standard mail. Pro packaging. Flawless distribution. 5/5 Thanks Eurotronics.
An awful company. Really dishonourable. They gave a one year warranty on an expensive kettle which quickly became defective. They did replace this but it very quickly became defective again. They then ignored all communications. Please do NOT buy from this company. Avoid them like the plague. I am extremely disappointed and I will never again purchase from a company without thoroughly checking all reviews first.
