If I could give a zero star rating

If I could give a zero star rating, I would, but it will not let meI ordered flowers to be delivered for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding anniversary and they were not delivered .I received a message very late that night to say they will be delivered the next evening, which is one day too late for their anniversary. This put us in a very embarrassing situation as it would look like we had forgotten their anniversary, which is something as a family. We never do. We are now having to make additional arrangements to put this situation right at extra cost.On contacting this company, they informed me by email that it could take an extra one to two working days on top of the delivery date. This is ridiculous when flowers are being sent fresh and for special occasions. Our order was made six days prior to the date we requested for delivery. We will never ever be using this company again, and I suggest if you are thinking to do so think very carefully!
