Don't buy from this company! I ordered flowers for Valentines day , paid extra for delvirey on specifically this day , but it hasn't been delivered 2 days later.. nobody is replying my emails and I just got a noreply mail from DPD that order was not received and I can pick it up at the parcelshop which is completely inconveniet since this is s a surprise and obviously you cannot expect my reciever to wait 3 days at home that maybe it will be delivered, in fact it was also a romantic surprise.. I don't want to pick them up at a parcelshop 3 days later.. why did i paid for delivery ? and extra for delivery at valentines day??

Commandé le 13 au petit matin pour une livraison le 14 comme annoncé sur leur site. J’ai payé la totalité, reçu un numéro de commande mais… aucun envoi ; aucun numéro de suivi reçu alors qu’il est mentionné dans leur politique.
Je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande… le jour de la Saint-Valentin !
J’ai reçu une réponse bidon disant que la livraison prenait plus de temps, alors qu’ils n’ont même jamais fourni de numéro de suivi.

À éviter à tout prix !
Ordered on 13th early morning for delivery on 14th as advirtised on their website. I pay in full. get the ordering number but... no shipment ; no tracking id ever received despites being mentioned on their policy.
Never received my order ... on Valentine's day !
I got some fake answer about delivery taking more time, eventhough they never even shared any tracking id for my delivery

Avoid at all cost !

Ordered Valentine’s flowers at 11/02 with guaranteed delivery 14/02. The order was never delivered. This is completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Absolutely not recommended. It was the first and last time that I order here

Very disappointing delivery service

Very disappointing delivery service. The flowers were meant for a 93‑year‑old recipient, but the driver rang the wrong doorbell and, apparently frustrated, left the flowers outside on the ground before the building. No attempt to contact us, no care for whom the flowers were intended. For a service that should bring joy and thoughtful attention, this was careless and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this delivery service.

I payed extra money for the delivery to on the same day. I made the reservtion at 0630 am and got the flowers at20:30 THere is no way to call the company during the day

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday and prayed for next day delivery. The flowers are no where to be found and there is no help from customer service, I am just being told to be patient. The order has been on «preparing» for the last 3 days. What is even the point in advertising for next day delivery or choosen date, when they do in fact not deliver on the specified day. To me this seems like scam, as they do not let me cancel my order who has not been delivered! STAY AWAY from them!!
