Very late & expensive delivery

I did not have a good experience with Euroflorist. I ordered flowers on a Monday (usual business day, no holiday). Flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, which is quite normal in this day and age. Most businesses will even offer this service for free, but in the case of Euroflorist they charged a ludicrous amount of €9.99 for delivery . Sadly, the flowers didn’t arrive on said date, which caused the delivery to be late for a birthday. The day after, on Wednesday, the flowers still did not arrive. It took them 3 days to deliver one package. Service rating 0/10.
