Website told me that the delivery would take 2-3 days so I ordered flowers a week before it was meant to be delivered and requested them to be delivered by the 15th and they didn’t - when I queried this they said the delivery could be delayed due to Covid and that the delivery may vary by 2-3 days from the date chosen!! If I knew that I would have picked an earlier date! The flowers Weren’t even nice!
