My mother in law recieved her flowers today, I would like to say I was please, but actually embarrassed. I know I used a Wowcher voucher but I purchased the upgrade, which I thought would be nicer, I will attach photos of what I purchased and then what my mother in law received. I also purchased 2 other bouquets for elderly great grandmothers but if this bouquet was anything to go by, I will be embarrassed yet again. I could of have bought supermarket flowers that would have looked nice for £10.99 never mind advertising a Luxury bouquet for £44.99.I wish I could attach the photos. Wowcher should ashamed to be dealing with companies like this! Especially at a time where people are buying flowers to cheer our relatives and friends Who we have not seen in 10 weeks. This was there response... Thank you for your email, we apologise for any disappointment caused. We are very confident in the flowers we deliver and guarantee their freshness for a minimum of seven days. We do understand however, that when dealing with perishable items such as flowers, some stems may not perform as we would hope and we are keen to address these issues. Having reviewed the photograph you have been kind enough to provide, we are pleased to see that these flowers are fresh, have met the colour scheme of the advertised product and are to value. Unfortunately, on this occasion we are unable to pursue your complaint.
