Absolute joke of a company. Ordered flowers to be delivered 2 weeks in advance. Technical difficulties in accessing the website meant I had to confirm delivery date by contacting the customer services team. I was supposed to receive an alert when the flowers had been delivered. As I never received an alert I contacted Euroflorist on the day of delivery only to find out that the delivery had failed. They agreed to send the flowers 2 days later, but instead I received a cancellation/refund note.
