Absolute joke of a company. Ordered flowers to be delivered 2 weeks in advance. Technical difficulties in accessing the website meant I had to confirm delivery date by contacting the customer services team. I was supposed to receive an alert when the flowers had been delivered. As I never received an alert I contacted Euroflorist on the day of delivery only to find out that the delivery had failed. They agreed to send the flowers 2 days later, but instead I received a cancellation/refund note.

This is the worst company. The delivery service takes 12 hours even if you select in same day option, getting to flowers 12 hours later . I never recommend this company, It doesn’t worth it. 👎

Very poor customer service!

Very poor customer service!I ordered flowers to be delivered on 2nd February before 8:00 a.m., but the delivery was not completed as promised.I contacted Euroflorist in the morning to ask about the delivery status, however they only replied in the afternoon. Worse still, they ignored all my questions regarding the delivery time and simply asked me to go and collect the flowers myself, which was completely unacceptable.As I urgently needed the flowers, I contacted the courier company directly. They informed me that there was an issue with the package and that it was still shown as “on the way”. Due to this failure, I had no choice but to go to a local flower shop on the same day and purchase the flowers myself.I continued to contact Euroflorist seeking a solution or a refund, but it felt like communicating with an automated system — my questions and the actual facts were repeatedly ignored.Eventually, the package arrived at a pick-up shop on the evening of 4th February, two days late, with no explanation, no apology, and no compensation.

Horrendous service. Stay away!

Horrendous service and customer service. No phone no to contact customer service. Despatched flowers a day before instead of on the day of the delivery and no tracking updates or help in tracking down the issue with the delivery.Emailed customer service, received little to no help. I have asked for my money back for this horrendous service and have been denied a refund.

Forgot to deliver

I ordered flowers with delivery on a certain day. Paid and everything was agreed. Delivery didn’t take place. I didn’t hear anything so I contacted the company. They apparently ran out of that particular flower and forgot to contact me. Then they offered to compensate with returning my money or deliver another day. REALLY?! Needless to say will never use again

Ruined 20th Anniversary Surprise Due to Poor Delivery

I ordered flowers from EuroFlorist to surprise my wife on our 20th wedding anniversary. This was meant to be a special, emotional moment.Instead, the flowers were treated like an ordinary package and handed over to DAO. This is a flower delivery, not a box of screws from a warehouse. Flowers require care, timing, and basic understanding of why people order them in the first place.The delivery setup and timing completely ruined the surprise. For an anniversary, reliability and professionalism are not optional, they are the entire point.I would not trust EuroFlorist with any important or time-sensitive occasion again.

This is my second time receiving flowers sent with euroflorist, and very disappointed both times!!!!The flowers are old and welted! Dont look anything like the photos on the website!!What a disappointment , they take tje money thinking tje receiver won't complain so they wont disappoint the sender!??
