Avoid this company entirely.They completely ruined Valentine’s Day. What should have been a thoughtful, special surprise turned into embarrassment and disappointment because the bouquet delivered was substandard, sparse, and visibly deteriorating. You get one chance with an occasion like that, and they wasted it.I ordered 12 roses with baby’s breath and received 6 or 7 roses padded out with thin, withering filler. The arrangement was small, poorly structured, and several flowers were already dying on arrival. It bore no resemblance to the advertised product. For the price paid, this was unacceptable.Customer service then stretched the complaint over multiple days with no meaningful resolution. Instead of addressing the clear discrepancy, they deflected, delayed, and ultimately offered a discount code as “compensation.” A future voucher is not a remedy for a failed, occasion-specific order.If you happen to deal with Adrian in customer service, expect dismissive responses and unnecessary back-and-forth rather than a practical solution.I would not use this service ever again, and neither should you, especially for important, occasion-specific events. If you’re sending flowers to lift someone’s spirits, the last thing you want is an arrangement that looks tired and depressing on arrival. That defeats the entire purpose.I have posted this review on both the UK and Poland versions of their platform because the brands are interconnected and, in my experience, operate to the same poor standard. I am also reporting this matter to both UK and Polish Trading Standards authorities as the product delivered did not match what was advertised. In addition, I have initiated a chargeback through my payment provider due to the failure to supply the goods as described.Customers deserve quality, transparency, and accountability. This company delivered none of those.
