Ordered some spring flowers but having taken nearly three days to arrive they were limp and ruined and only fit for the bin. Complained and asked for a refund but so far been ignored. Hopeless company using terrible couriers. Will never use again.

Avoid this company entirely.They completely ruined Valentine’s Day. What should have been a thoughtful, special surprise turned into embarrassment and disappointment because the bouquet delivered was substandard, sparse, and visibly deteriorating. You get one chance with an occasion like that, and they wasted it.I ordered 12 roses with baby’s breath and received 6 or 7 roses padded out with thin, withering filler. The arrangement was small, poorly structured, and several flowers were already dying on arrival. It bore no resemblance to the advertised product. For the price paid, this was unacceptable.Customer service then stretched the complaint over multiple days with no meaningful resolution. Instead of addressing the clear discrepancy, they deflected, delayed, and ultimately offered a discount code as “compensation.” A future voucher is not a remedy for a failed, occasion-specific order.If you happen to deal with Adrian in customer service, expect dismissive responses and unnecessary back-and-forth rather than a practical solution.I would not use this service ever again, and neither should you, especially for important, occasion-specific events. If you’re sending flowers to lift someone’s spirits, the last thing you want is an arrangement that looks tired and depressing on arrival. That defeats the entire purpose.I have posted this review on both the UK and Poland versions of their platform because the brands are interconnected and, in my experience, operate to the same poor standard. I am also reporting this matter to both UK and Polish Trading Standards authorities as the product delivered did not match what was advertised. In addition, I have initiated a chargeback through my payment provider due to the failure to supply the goods as described.Customers deserve quality, transparency, and accountability. This company delivered none of those.
Very unhappy customer as I bought a Valentine's day pack and your company failed to deliver on Valentine's day. Defeats the purpose to try and send a gift on this day when your l Ioved one thinks her partner forgot about her. Weather cannot be an excuse for this as I ordered and paid for these 5 days prior.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. The flowers did not arrive on the expected day (my daughter’s birthday and in fact they never arrived at all. Customer service was completely useless: they kept repeating the same excuses and made no real effort to solve or even understand the problem. My request for a full refund was totally ignored. Instead, I was offered a ridiculous 20% discount on a future order. This experience has been unacceptable and very disappointing.
Similarly to another review - they delayed the flower delivery and stopped the order in its tracks, claiming I did not authorize a delayed re-delivery. This was not the case. They just did not bother to read my email. I used them multiple times, and this happens too often. They are NOT reliable. They promise a lot and deliver nothing. At least they issued me a refund.
Terrible experience. I requested the flowers to be delivered on a specific date and the morning of, they told me they weren't going to be delivering it on that date. They asked if the next day was okay, while I was verifying if someone will be home the next day and confirmed it, they told me that they couldn't do the next day anymore and had to delay it even more. Don't buy from these guys, they're not organized at all!
