The service failed to deliver anything! I did my research and checked reviews, which seemed fine, but I was mistaken. I spent a significant amount on a bouquet, chocolates, and a card for my sister's birthday in Linkoping. I received a message stating they attempted delivery. I understand the flowers were reportedly dead, but nothing was delivered, nor was there a refund for the chocolates and card. The company made no mention of those items. This feels like a money-grabbing scam. I will choose a more reliable service in the future. Never again. If I could give zero stars, I would.
