The service failed to deliver anything! I did my research and checked reviews, which seemed fine, but I was mistaken. I spent a significant amount on a bouquet, chocolates, and a card for my sister's birthday in Linkoping. I received a message from the service claiming they attempted delivery. I understand the flowers were said to be dead, but there was no delivery of anything at all, nor a refund for the undelivered chocolates and card. The company didn't mention those items at all. This feels like a scam for money. I will stick with a more reliable service in the future. Never again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered flowers for my daughter two days in advance, yet they still haven't been delivered. It's impossible to get in touch with them (having a phone or SMS option would have been easier and quicker). I paid a considerable amount. Very disappointed.
I assisted my mother in ordering condolence flowers to be delivered to family in Sweden. I was shocked by what actually arrived. She ordered the largest size of a bouquet with purple irises, white roses, and white mums. Instead, we received dyed blue carnations, some mums, and very few roses. While I understand that flowers can vary based on availability, this looked like a bunch of filler flowers! It was unattractive! To make matters worse, the size was smaller than the smallest option. It looked very cheap. My mom is embarrassed! I can't believe they would send such a poor bouquet and call it 'luxury'. This was meant to show sympathy and care but turned into a source of embarrassment.
I had several gift cards to use. I scratched off the codes on five cards, but the policy only allows one to be used at a time. This is really disappointing! I will never use this service again. It was hard to find local shops, and the ones I visited didn't have quality flowers for me. I wanted to treat myself to some flowers for Christmas... now they are useless.
The flowers arrived in under 10 hours after ordering and were perfect. This isn't a scam; the quality of flowers seems to depend on the local florists and the city. Despite some negative reviews, as someone from abroad, I can rate this service 10/10. The chocolates arrived perfectly too.
In 2025, why is it so challenging to have a good customer experience regarding flower delivery? It feels like a mission impossible! The staff at this service seem to have never ordered flowers themselves, as they would understand the importance of timing. Please consider offering morning or afternoon delivery options. Seriously, how hard can it be? (How satisfied do you think an 81-year-old would be receiving a delivery between 5 PM and 10 PM?)
