The tracking email/status did not work and show a delivery. I chatted with Euroflorist and filled out a customer service form. Got an auto-response they were on a lunch break. Never heard back. Recipient found a box by the entrance of her building. When she sent a photo of the bouquet it was scanty, about half the size of what a “luxury/lyx” bouquet should look like according to the photo of what I ordered. Extremely disappointed!!!!
