Hello, I booked a flight with them for my stepmother that visited us and wanted to go back home in Capri by reaching Naples where she had very important things to attend that day (as she's a doctor), she wanted to do this through the flight TSR-BGY : W6 3551 and then take BGY-NAP : FR 2285 at 11:20 Rome time the first flight was cancelled 30mns after they made they come onboard, which is confirmed by the fact that they received a mail 30mns after they came onboardThis cancellation led her to loose her partners and her BGY-NAP ticket as well as the TSR-BGY and my wife had to have my drive them cross-border to the budapest airport so she could take with her partner the BUD-NAP : FR4090 flight that they paid a bunch for, she therefore asked for reimbursment and indemnization of all the costs incurred due to this cancellation the costs were as follow : TSR-BGY BGY-NAP 127.50 in total for BUD-NAP 265.28 in total plus of course 70 of oil that my daughter had to paythey refused all of them inventing a bs reason stating that the cancellation somehow happened before the start of the journey when i clearly sent them the screenshot of the flight cancellation happening 30mns afterAVOID AT ALL COSTS
