After signing, they disappeared, leaving me with a technical representative who was unaware of our previous discussions. Although they tried to assist, it was frustrating since the entire agreement was founded on dishonesty.

This company is filled with incapable individuals. I registered my wholesale business, including my company details and VAT number, and notified them of my registration on other platforms. Despite my website not displaying prices and selling in minimum quantities, they deemed it not a wholesale seller. Their ability to assess anything is questionable.
We used this platform to offer our services, but the requests received are nearly worthless. The onboarding process is poor; they provide a lot of information but little real assistance in improving the product page. They offer a discount initially, but the following year you are charged full price without notice. Cancelling the contract takes six months for confirmation, resulting in an extra year of payment. I would not recommend this platform.

Currently, I am very unhappy with the service. The manager who contacted us and with whom I signed has disappeared, and I later found out he no longer works there. The onboarding manager uploaded only a fraction of the planned products, and we had to do most of the work ourselves. She missed scheduled calls and hasn’t replied to our emails. Another manager claimed he would have her contact us, but he also vanished. After payment, everyone disappeared. I suspect this may be a scam. I am willing to update my review but need to be contacted and refunded for the time we were without business.
