The company excelled in maintaining contact, both before and on the delivery day. The driver called me about 20 minutes before arriving, which allowed me to be prepared. Overall, my interaction with them was a wonderful experience.
I am still waiting for a reply regarding a bed purchased from the seller! The tracking email indicates they have received it! I just want to know if I need to start a chargeback dispute. My grandson is sleeping on a mattress on the floor, which thankfully I didn’t buy from them. If you see this, please respond without sending an automated email. Thank you.
I was promised a delivery date of November 23rd for my order, but it did not arrive. On November 24th, I received an email stating they would provide a new delivery date within 72 working hours. So far, no new date has been given. I paid through a payment platform and have raised a dispute to seek a refund for this order!
We have been waiting two weeks for a bed delivery when the estimated time was supposed to be a maximum of 10 days. There is no available contact number, and refreshing the tracking just advises awaiting a delivery date. We have received no communication from the company regarding any updates and are struggling to confirm a delivery date. Currently, we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor. This is a disappointing service.
I have emailed multiple times about my daughter's bed, which has had two different delivery dates and still hasn't arrived. I previously received prompt and polite responses to my emails, but now that there's an issue, I get no replies. The website states items are in stock and delivered within five working days. I just want an update as my three-year-old daughter has no bed.
Incomplete Order....We ordered both a bed and a mattress from Crazy Price Beds on 25th October 2022. Eventually the bed was delivered by Solo Home Delivery on 18th November 2022 but with no mattress. It was questioned with the delivery driver who confirmed that the mattress was not in his lorry but I showed him the original order from Crazy Price Beds to show that we have ordered it. He suggested that I contact Crazy Price Beds which I have been trying to do now for the last couple of weeks and I cannot get a response out of them. I have also emailed yourselves on 23rd November 2022 to shed some light on the missing mattress but again I have received no reply. I don't know where the fault lays whether it be with Solo Home Delivery or Crazy Price Beds, but I just want a response as to where it is and when it will be delivered.
